GFR #010EP [dj.noizcut - community cut]
“The Community Cut, first EP of dj.noizcut, has been in production for a long period of time. First tracks were written in the beginning of 2006, but soon the work stopped due to some Noizcuts’ personal problems. When it was reopened, whole bunch of new tracks has been done, but they were also replaced many times… Even covers were changing often (well, not SO often..). In the summer 2006, EP was finally mixed and ready to master, but… It’s probably some kind of curse that Noizcut keeps changing things at last minute, so some new tracks appeared, but this time they were brought to final stage. Only track that survived since the very beginning is the ‘Dopey Afternoon’. Mix took some time, but the master was done in quite a hurry, otherwise the Community Cut would be never released :) This EP is a soft one, there aren’t any hard beats, it is rather somewhere between the abstract hip-hop and downtempo. Seven tracks, lazy moods, noisy cuts and similar stuff, enjoy it!”
